Ingredients
2blocks plain ramenregular or gluten-free
2Tablespoonsbutteror use vegan butter or olive oil
Cook the ramen according to the package directions. Discard any seasoning packets that came with the ramen.
While the ramen is cooking, make the miso sauce. Melt the butter in a medium sauté pan over low heat. Add the miso, chili paste, honey and ginger. Add ¼ to ½ cup of the water from the noodles. Whisk to combine.
Remove the cooked noodles from the boiling water and add to the sauce. Stir to combine. Stir in the green onion, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
