Ingredients
1poundfresh green beanswashed and trimmed
2Tablespoonsunsalted butteror use vegan butter or olive oil
Wash and trim the ends of the green beans. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso, ginger, chili paste, garlic, honey and broth, then set aside.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans and toss to coat.
Add the miso sauce to the green beans and stir to coat. Cover the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until the green beans are bright green and al dente.
Uncover and reduce the sauce, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. Reheat them on a skillet over low heat to regain the crunchy texture.
