Spinach Artichoke Dip (No Mayo)
A simple cold spinach dip recipe, no mayo or eggs! Just big flavor and a creamy texture. Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh vegetables. Perfect for picnics, parties, and simple snacking!

1-10 oz package thawed and drained

1-14 oz can drained and chopped
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the spinach and artichokes, beat until smooth.
Thaw the frozen chopped spinach. Place it in the center of clean kitchen towel. Twist the top and squeeze out excess water.
Stir in the the spinach and artichokes. Cover and refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh for 2-3 days.
