1poundbroccoliniwashed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1Tablespoonvegetable oilor other high-heat neutral oil
Cut the broccolini into 2-inch pieces. Heat the oils in a wok or heavy skillet over medium-high heat until the oil shimmers.
Add the broccolini and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the stir fry sauce and simmer the broccolini in the sauce until the sauce thickens and the broccolini is fork tender. About 3 minutes.
