Ingredients
1ripe peachpeeled and pitted, or ½ cup peach puree or thawed frozen peaches
salt for rimpeach slices and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
Peach Margarita on the Rocks
In a blender, add the peaches, lime juice and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the peach mixture, tequila, and triple sec. Shake well for 15–20 seconds.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass. Dip the rim in salt. Fill each glass with ice, then strain the margarita over the top. Garnish with a lime wedge or peach slice.
Frozen Peach Margarita
Add all the ingredients to a blender with 1½ cups of ice. Blend until slushy, then pour into the prepared glass (see above).
