📖Why My Recipe Works
We're swapping Cointreau for blue curaçao, a dry orange liqueur, to add a touch of sweetness and a vibrant pop of blue.
🧾Ingredient Notes
- Vodka- Use any brand of vodka you prefer. You can also substitute it with dry gin.
- Blue Curacao Liqueur- Adds color and a mild citrusy flavor.
- Lemon Simple Syrup- My syrup recipe is made with fresh lemon juice, zest, and sugar.

⏲️Tips for Making Blue Lemon Martini
- Taste and adjust the syrup before adding it to the cocktail shaker. Add more lemon juice to make it more tangy and more sugar for a sweeter syrup. You can also add a little bit of water to balance it out.
- Use a chilled martini glass to keep the cocktail extra cold.
- To make the perfect sugar rim, wet the rim of the glass with lemon juice, then dip it in fine sugar to coat.
