Instructions
Spice Grinder Method
- Use a spice grinder to pulverize the dried lavender, about 15 seconds. Stir the lavender powder into the sugar,2 Tablespoons dried culinary lavender buds, 1 cup granulated sugar
Food Processor Method
- Add the dried lavender buds to the bowl of your food processor and process for 15 seconds. Add the sugar and process on high for 30 seconds. The lavender should be ground and mixed well with the sugar.
Notes
- Store the sugar in a clean glass jar for up to 6 months.
- You can use the sugar right away but 1 to 2 weeks stored in a cool dark place will allow the flavors to infuse.
